Pairs can be made up of players from any superleague team.
This competition comprises 2 singles matches and, if needed, a pairs match.
Draw to be made by opposing captains (as in superleague).
Order of play in each match to be decided by throwing for the bull.
Singles matches are best of three, 501 double in double out.
If both singles are won by the same team they are through to next round. If the match is all square, a pairs match is played (player 1's to throw first).
Pairs matches are best of three, 501 double in double out.
Prize money will be awarded dependent upon number of entries.

Playing format shall be the best of 3 Sets, with each set being the best of 5 Legs 501 up, with a straight start, and a double or bull to finish.
Order of play to be determined by throwing for the bull. The player throwing nearest the bull shall throw first in the odd numbered legs in set 1, the even numbered legs in set 2, and the odd numbered legs in set 3, if required.
In the final set of each match, after 3 legs have been played and no result has been attained, then the match result must be attained by winning 2 clear legs. If no result has been attained by 5 legs each, then the Tie Breaker Rule will apply to the 11th leg.
Tie Breaker Rule - Each player shall throw for the bull to determine which player shall throw first in the 11th leg of the final set, but the player that threw first in the match shall throw first for the bull.
1 qualifier shall go through to the International Play-Off, date and venue to be confirmed. A contribution towards travelling costs will be given by the Dorset County Darts Association.

There must be a minimum of 8 entries to be able to run a qualifier, and there will be 1 qualifier for every 8 entries.
